Ingredients: 1 cup flour 1 cup warm water 2 teaspoons cream of tartar 1 teaspoon oil 1/4 cup salt food coloring HOW TO: Mix ingredients in order of list. Stir until smooth in saucepan over medium heat. Remove from pan and let cool slightly. Knead dough until smooth. Cool and store in plastic bag or airtight container.
